She is a young talented and passionated make up artist, she provides suggestions if you are unsure and also actively ask you for what you are looking for. Fluent in Cantonese and English, with great communication skills. I found Elly is very easy to talk to, she is very kind and pay attention to details. Why do I need to pay the deposit?

Please note that a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit ensures your reservation for the scheduled date and time of your makeup service. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, the deposit will not be refunded. We appreciate your understanding of this policy, as it allows us to maintain availability and uphold our commitment to every client.

Does it include lashes?

If you're getting makeup done, the price includes lashes. All high quality and comfortable eyelashes are shipped from overseas, which can be expected to stay over a long day under any circumstance.

Does it include travel?

The price is not inclusive of travel. If you have requested a mobile service, please contact for the personalised quote. Travel fee applies to mobile services above 15kms from Ringwood Eastland.

Is it mandatory to have a trial before wedding?

While not mandatory, a trial before your wedding day styling is particularly recommended for individuals who value meticulous planning and desire a customized look. Brides with specific preferences or unique features benefit greatly from a trial. Additionally, individuals with sensitive skin, unbalanced eyes or brows or tricky hairs, I strongly suggest a trial as early as possible for adequate time for personalised adjustments.


When is the best time for a trial?

The best time for a trial is ideally scheduled as early as possible in the wedding planning process. This allows time for adjustments and ensures a stress-free experience. During summer and peak wedding seasons, our booking availability tends to fill up quickly. To ensure a reserved wedding date, we prioritize brides who have scheduled a trial booking.

How do I arrange a trial?

Please confirm the day that you actually require the service is still available before paying for the trial. And please note that the trial is not for shooting purpose or registration of marriage.

What makeup brands are used?

Brands in my kits includes: Cle de peau, Dior, Fenty, Charlotte Tilbury, Laura mercier, Nars, MAC. For eyelashes, I can guarantee that they cannot be found in Australia. All airy and comfortable eyelashes are shipped from overseas, for premium clients.

Is parking included in the price?

No, so please arrange for parking or reimbursement for the parking expenses.
